Tracy Ehlert is an award-winning early childhood educator and local small business owner. She is currently serving her 2nd term as the State Representative for Iowa House District 70.
Since 2007, Tracy has successfully operated B2K Learning Center and Consulting. For 13 years, B2K Learning Center and Consulting operated as a State Registered Child Development Home that earned NAFCC Accreditation and a 5 out of 5 on the States Quality Rating System (QRS). B2K offers coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting services on early care and education topics. Due to the rise of Covid-19 and damages from Derecho in 2020, Tracy had to close the childcare portion of the program; however, the center continues to provide all other services.

Tracy sits on a number of early education committees, including Iowa’s QRS Oversight Committee, IAEYC’s Early Childhood Workforce Advisory Committee, the Iowa Farm2ECE Coalition, and the National T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Alliance.
