- Another 534 positive cases were reported on Monday bringing the total positive cases in Iowa 9,703. Outbreaks at long-term care facilities continue to increase and it’s up to 28 statewide today.
- State officials have confirmed positive COVID-19 cases for staff or residents at five of the six human services facilities in Iowa. The largest outbreak so far is at the Woodward Resource Center.
- Iowans dealing with anxiety or stress are encouraged to call 800-447-1985 to talk with a counselor or get financial or legal assistance free of charge. Iowa Concern, which is run by Iowa State University Extension, is confidential and available 24/7. Iowans can also chat online instead of over the phone at extension.iastate.edu/iowaconcern.
