    • Reynolds says 3,000 test per day will be available 
    • Iowans should go to testiowa.com to fill out an assessment
    • If testing is needed, instructions will be sent on how to get tested
    • First testing location will open in Des Moines on Saturday, April 25
    • Testiowa.com is a public/private partnership with a company in Utah
