  • State officials are encouraging any Iowans who have recently traveled out of the state or country to self-isolate for 14 days
  • Please help prevent the spread of coronavirus by taking the following measures:
    • Stay at home as much as possible, especially those over 65
    • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds 
    • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow
    • Regularly clean frequently used objects or surface
    • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
