Appropriations @ 2:30 p.m. — Senate File 2023 directs utility replacement tax revenues to the county mental health risk pool. approved by the Iowa Senate last week and is estimated to proved about $1.2 million annually to the risk pool fund.
Human Resources @ 3:30 p.m. — House Study Bill 504 requires liquor license holders to post a notice about the effects of alcohol on pregnant women and fetuses
